The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: "A) Call for the Court Records of the CS SCJ No. 1241/2022 titled as "Pritpal Singh Channa Vs Yudhvir Singh Channa" disposed off on 19/09/2022 by the Commercial Civil Judge (W) 1241/2022.

B) Issue Show Cause Notice to the Contemnors for Initiation of the Contempt Of Court Proceedings and punish the contemnors for committing Contempt Of Court, whereby the respondent may be ordered to be sent to Civil Imprisonment as per provisions of law; and C) Contemnors be directed to comply with the Order Dated 19/09/2022 Passed in Commercial Civil Judge (W) in CS No. 1241/2022.

Pass any such other further orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 3.

I am the Respondent/Contemnor in above mentioned contempt petition and am well conversant with the facts and circumstances of the present contempt petition. 2.

That I undertake to comply with the terms as agreed in Compromise Deed dated 17/09/2022 as filed in the CS SCJ No. 1241/2022 titled as "Pritpal Singh Channa vs. Yudhvir Singh Channa", which led to the filing of the present contempt petition. 3.

That this is my true statement."

In view of the above affidavit placed on record, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition any further. 5.

In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 6.

The affidavit of the respondent is taken on record. The petitioner is at liberty to revive the same in case any breach of the undertaking by the respondent.
