The parties have amicably resolved their differences through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 24th July, 2020 before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the same is on record. As per the Settlement Agreement, the petitioner's wife Jagriti has come back to the petitioner's house and the parents of Jagriti have accepted their marriage.
