However, the matter remains pending in so far as the aspect of notional fixation of pay is concerned.

Counsel for petitioner states that they will take up this issue, as per order dated 28th January 2025 and respondent shall make sure that they comply with the said order and pass adequate directions, in accordance with law.

Petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to revive, in case there is any continued infraction.
