Learned counsel are present on behalf of the appellants as well as the respondent. The appellants are also present in court. 3.

A copy of Settlement Deed dated 24.07.2025 is appended to the application.

A demand draft in terms of the settlement deed has been handed-over by the appellants to the respondent.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and disposed-of. RFA 407/2023 6.

In view of the order passed above, the present appeal is disposed-of as withdrawn, holding the parties bound by the terms of Settlement Deed dated 24.07.2025.
