This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:
(a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ, Order or Direction of like nature directing the Respondents to take a decision on the Application for grant of maintenance dated 03.03.2022 filed by the Petitioner in a timebound manner, preferably within a period of 2 weeks;

One of the submissions of Mr. Luthra is that the respondents at least consider the application filed by the petitioner on March 3, 2022 and pass an order by taking into consideration the averments made by the petitioner in the writ petition including the reliance placed by the petitioner on the judgments.

The same be done within six weeks from today as an outer limit. 4.
It goes without saying if the petitioner is aggrieved by any order to be passed by the respondents, liberty shall be with him to approach the Court in accordance with law.
