It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondent that several prayers have been made in the contempt petition particularly prayers (2) to (5) which were not part of the earlier writ petition or directions issued by the subject order.

Petitioner who appears in person seeks leave to withdraw the petition. He submits that he shall be filing a fresh Writ petition with regard to his prayers (2) to (5).

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
