% 06.05.2024 Mr. Vipul Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions apprises the Court that the refund has been duly released on 01 May 2024.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, she is informed on instructions to state that the accounts of the assessee are yet to be credited.

However, that alone need not detain the instant writ petition which shall stand disposed of with liberty to the writ petitioner to seek revival in case any issue arises.
