% 24.02.2016 This matter has been listed in view of the noting of the Registry dated February 22, 2016, inasmuch as the area of the District Court mentioned, is not correct. I note, that vide order dated February 1, 2016, the matter was transferred to the Court of learned District & Sessions Judge, (West), Rohini Court, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff states, that Dhaka village near Parmanand Colony falls under the jurisdiction of PS Mukherjee Nagar. Accordingly, the matter is transferred to the learned District & Sessions Judge, North District, Rohini Court, Delhi. The parties to appear before the learned District & Sessions Judge, North District, Rohini Court, Delhi on 16th March, 2016, date already fixed.
