Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the medical report the surgery could not take place and was postponed because the parameters of the father of the petitioner were high. He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to approach afresh when surgery is actually planned for the father.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.
