By way of this appeal under Section 380 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ["BNSS"], the appellant assails the order dated 11.12.2025 passed by the learned Family Court, North-East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, and further seeks directions for initiation of proceedings under Section 340 Code of Criminal Procedure of India, 1973 ["CrPC"] (corresponding to Section 379 BNSS), as well as for registration of an FIR against the respondent under Sections 227/229/234/246 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 191/193/195/199 and 209 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860). 2.

After some arguments, Ms. Meenu Duggal, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal. 3.

The appeal, alongwith pending applications, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
