O R D E R

% 30.01.2018 Petitioner has prayed for quashing of complaint case no. 871/1/14 (new number 513467/2016) filed by the respondent nos. 2 and 3 on the ground that matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have produced their aadhar cards, which have been perused and copies whereof have been taken on record. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari

Courts, Delhi on 24th August, 2017, vide Annexure P-3 and do not wish to pursue their complaint. Their affidavits are also on record at pages 28 and 29.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 before the Mediation Centre, in the interest of justice, complaint case no. 871/1/14 (new number 513467/2016) pending in the court of Ms. Shilpi Jain, Metropolitan Magistrate, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
