The petitioner is aggrieved of the fact since after the demolition of the unauthorised structure by the squatters/encroachers, he is threatened quite often by them and they often hurl abuses and throw stones at his house and thus the life of family members of the petitioner is in danger.

The learned ASC submits the SHO of the concerned area has SHARMA

personally visited the petitioner and has heard his problem and further has given his mobile number to the petitioner so that in case of any emergency the petitioner may directly contact the SHO for any help and further a Beat Constable of the area would be posted on duty to meet the petitioner personally, twice a day, for a period of ten days to avoid any threat perception to the family of the petitioner. 8.

The petition stands disposed of in terms of above. No order as to costs.
