The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, praying as follows: "Allow the present petition and issue appropriate writ/ directions to the respondents to take admission of the petitioner in class 2 in the session 2023-24 in the above said respondent No.4 school. b. Direct the respondent No.4 to keep vacant/reserve a seat of class 2 for session 2023-2024 till the disposal of the present petition." 2.
