This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased:- A. To issue Writ(s), Order(s), Direction(s) more in the nature of writ of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned posting order vide letter no.

E-38024/RTC/Instructor/PostingI1/2023/4706 dated 20.12.2023; order of posting to CISF RTC, Arakkonam issued vide FHQ SO No. 731/2023 dated 20.12.2023 and TSHQ SO No. 1/2024 dated 01.01.2024; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. B. To issue Writ(s), Order(s), Direction(s) in the nature of writ of mandamus thereby directing the Respondents to post the Petitioner in home zone units as requested vide application dated 27.01.2024;

C. To award any other/ further relief(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favor of the petitioner and against the respondents alongwith cost in the interest of justice."

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents. It transpired that if the petitioner makes a fresh representation expressing her desire to be posted at any Airport near Kanpur, the same shall be considered by the respondents subject to availability of vacancy. 3.

If that be so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall make representation within one week from today giving the options of the places to be posted which shall be considered by the respondents within four weeks thereafter and the decision be conveyed to the petitioner. 4.

Till such time, the decision is taken, the respondents shall not insist upon her joining at Arakkonam. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order to be passed by the respondents, she shall seek such remedy as available in law.

The writ petition is disposed of.
