1. The matter has been listed pursuant to office note dated 24th May, 2019. As per the said note, Registry has been informed that learned Arbitrator appointed by this Court has expressed inability to accept assignment on account of pre-occupation.

2. Accordingly, Hon'ble Ms. Justice Veena Birbal (Retd.) (9871300041) is appointed as the substitute Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties to the present petition in terms of order dated 27th May, 2019.

3. The Registry will dispatch a copy of this order to the learned substitute Arbitrator.
