Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation has been given to the respondents contending that respondents had no jurisdiction to pass the impugned order particularly in view of the notifications dated 16.05.2017 and 21.06.2018 of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents under instructions from Mr. Krishan Kumar, SDM, Alipur who is also connected through video conferencing submits that the representation is under consideration and assures that in case the representation is decided against the petitioner, at least one week's advance notice W.P(C) 4173/2020 MAGGU to HMJ Sanjeev Sachdeva.
would be given to the petitioner prior to taking any coercive action. 4.
The statement is taken on record and respondents are bound by the statement.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving his liberties to approach the Court afresh, if the need so arises. 6.
