The present petition was filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the denial of registration/allocation quota of HGOs (Haj Group Organizer) for Haj 2024 vide order dated 29.02.2024 and communication dated 11.03.2024 issued by the respondent / Ministry of Minority Affairs. 2.

However, it is submitted that in the subsequent year, the petitioner has been granted allocation/allotment of quota of HGOs for Haj. 3.

In the circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to present the present petition; the same is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application also stands disposed of.
