The present petition has been filed under Section 483 (3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking a cancellation of the bail granted to the accused vide Order dated 01.07.2024, passed in Bail Application No. 3226/2023 in FIR No. 722/2021 dated 22.09.2021 for offences under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC), registered at Police Station Samaypur Badli. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application, with liberty to file a fresh. 3.
Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.
The petition, along with pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
