1. The hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing.

2. This petition is filed for quashing of the FIR No.615/2017 dated 27.12.2017 under Sections 406/420/34 IPC registered at police station Maurya Enclave, Delhi against them and the proceedings emanating therefrom.

3. The abovesaid FIR was registered on the complaint of respondent No.2/Smt.Shikha Garg on the ground the petitioners have cheated her of jewellery worth Rs.51.50 lacs. However, the matter has been settled between the parties per compromise deed dated 13.07.2020.

4. The complainant/respondent No.2 is present who has been duly identified by ASI Rakesh Kumar, Investigating Officer. The learned counsel for the respondent No.2 also does not dispute the averments made in the petition and execution of the settlement deed. The respondent no.2 has no SHARMA

further grievance against the petitioners. The respondent No.2 states that she has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioners.

5. The learned APP for the State submits though there were other FIRs of cheating against the petitioners, all such FIRs have since been quashed. The learned APP also submits that she has no objection, if this petition is allowed.

6. Considering the above settlement between the parties, there is no justification to proceed with the criminal case as complainant has settled all her disputes with the petitioners. There is no reason now as to why the criminal proceedings should be continued against the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

Consequently, FIR No.615/2017 under Sections 406/420/34 IPC registered at police station Maurya Enclave, Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom stands quashed. The pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
