The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the moment, he is not in possession of any data to indicate that the benefit of furlough has not been given to the accused for the reason that the permanent address has not been verified by the concerned State authority.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file a fresh petition on behalf of the aggrieved convicts at a later stage. 3.

The present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
