O R D E R

% 10.04.2017 Counsel for the respondents opposes the present petition on the ground that the appellant should have filed three separate second appeals, but the appellant has filed only one appeal as the Court below has passed a common judgment in three regular first appeals. At this stage, counsel for the appellant on instructions submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file three separate second appeals within thirty days as per law. In view of the submission made by counsel for the appellant, the prayer is allowed and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file three separate second appeals within thirty days as per law and the present appeal is disposed of accordingly.
