Issue notice. Mr. Mehra accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 appears and accepts notice. 4.

The petitioner has preferred this application alleging non-compliance of the order dated 15.07.2020, whereby the writ petition was disposed of with certain directions.

Respondent No.2 is present with her counsel. She, vehemently, disputes all the allegations made in the application and she makes counterallegations against the petitioner about the manner in which the petitioner has allegedly misused the order dated 15.07.2020. 6.

Without getting into the said controversy, we consider it proper to refer the parties to mediation presently limited to the aspect of working out a schedule to be strictly followed by the parties for the purpose of the petitioner and his parents being able to communicate with the minor child Gauransh Goel - who is in custody of respondent No.2. Since presently we are facing the Covid-19 Pandemic, the interaction, necessarily, has to be over the telephone/ video-calls.

The parties shall appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 11.08.2020 at 04:00 p.m. The Centre may nominate an experienced mediator who would interact with the parties and work out the schedule for the aforesaid purpose. The parties shall strictly abide by the same and shall not deviate therefrom.

The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 9.

The order be communicated to the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.
