% 05.08.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) By the instant application, the applicant seeks regular bail and in the alternative, interim bail for two months in case FIR No.419/2018 PS Shahbad Dairy under Sections 302/201/392/411/365/120-B/34 IPC. As per the allegations, the deceased was robbed of the car and murdered and thereafter, his dead body set to fire by the accused persons. Four of the public witnesses including one Mr. Parveen, who is stated to be the witness of last seen, is yet to be examined. The case of the applicant is not covered under the recommendations of the High Powered Committee of the High Court. As for the sickness of the father of the applicant, nothing emerges nor has come to be pointed out for any emergent procedure required for the father of the applicant with regard to his purported coronary disease.
Taking into account the totality of facts and circumstances and the seriousness of the offence and also the fact that the public witnesses are still remaining to be examined, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant indulgence of any bail to the applicant.
Rejected.
