Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

For the redressal of his grievances, the Petitioner has already made a representation dated 12.11.2025 to the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India, which is contained in Annexure P-3 appended to the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, without entering into the merit of the claim of the respective Parties, we dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to the Competent Authority in the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India to take note of the said representation and decide the same in accordance with law by passing a speaking and reasoned order within a period of three months.
