The hearing has been conducted through video conference. 2.

The petitioner is seeking production of his wife, Priyanka and minor child, Aditya Kumar who, according to him, were abducted by Jeetu on 13th June, 2020.

3.

Priyanka and minor child, Aditya Kumar have been produced by the police through video conference. According to Priyanka, she has matrimonial disputes with the petitioner and the petitioner turned her out of her matrimonial home and she is now living with her son in rented

Learned counsel for the petitioner strongly disputes the averments made by the Priyanka.
