% 15.03.2018 Allegations against the petitioner are that she was an Officer in Jain Co-operative Bank Limited. During the demonetization, nine accounts were opened for the purpose of exchange of old currency with new currency. Petitioner is one of the conspirators.

She had verified the signatures of introducer on the 'account opening form'. Investigations are over. Chargesheet has already been filed. Petitioner is not required for any investigation. Petitioner is in custody for 41⁄2 months.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in

the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
