The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in FIR No.103/2021, registered at Police Station Sarita Vihar for offences punishable under Sections 302/201/120-B IPC.

After some arguments, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present bail application. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has been in custody for the last about 3 years and five months i.e., from March, 2021 as on 28.06.2024. He states that out of the total 25 witnesses, only 4 witnesses have been examined so far.

This Court is of the opinion that the progress of trial is very slow. It is stated that there is only one last seen witness left to be examined.
