During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for petitioner submits co-accused Vivek Awana has since been admitted to regular bail per order dated 17.07.2020 of the learned Session's Court. He further seeks to withdraw this regular bail application with liberty to approach the learned Session's Court on the ground of parity.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to petitioner.
