O R D E R

The mater is placed on an office note. It is pointed out that the FIR No. 392/2020 has been wrongly referred as FIR No. 102/2016 in paragraph No. 21 of the order dated 14.05.2024. 2.

In view of the above, paragraph No. 21 of the order dated 14.05.2024 is directed to be read as under:

"21. Without commenting further on the merits of the present case and keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of the case, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for grant of regular bail. The applicant is, therefore, directed to be released on bail in FIR no 392/2020 on furnishing a personal bond for a sum of ₹25,000 with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/ Duty Metropolitan Magistrate, subject to the following conditions:

a. The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case or tamper with the evidence of the case, in any manner whatsoever;

b. The applicant shall under no circumstance leave the country without the permission of the learned Trial Court;

on every date of hearing;

d. He shall, upon his release, provide his address details where he would be residing after his release and shall not change the address without informing the concerned IO/ SHO;

e. He shall, upon his release, give his mobile number to the concerned IO/SHO and shall keep his mobile phone switched on at all times".

No further orders are required to be passed.
