By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 456/2023, dated 13.06.2023, under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, on the ground of settlement between the parties. 2.

There is no appearance on behalf of any of the parties, despite the matter having been called three times.

The petition, alongwith pending application is therefore dismissed for non-prosecution.
