BAIL APPLN. 391/2018 Petitioner is seeking anticipatory protection. The complainant is stated to be the brother of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that this incident of 13.02.2018 was the result and the outcome of an earlier incident inter se the parties dated 10.02.2013 wherein the petitioner had received injuries. The MLC of the victim has been noted. Although the injuries are simple yet they are on the vital parts of the body. The weapon was a saria. No ground is made out for anticipatory protection. Dismissed.
