At the outset, Mr. Chinmoy Pradip Sharma and Mr. Viraj Datar, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellants, submit that in the event they are permitted to raise all contentions, as sought to be urged in the present Appeal, before the learned Arbitral Tribunal, they would seek to withdraw the present Appeal. 3.

This Court is of the considered view that the Appellants can raise all contentions as raised herein before the learned Arbitral Tribunal as is permissible, in accordance with law and are granted liberty to move the learned Arbitral Tribunal by way of an appropriate application, as is permissible and in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, the present Appeal, along with pending application(s), stands disposed of.
