The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Section 115 read with Section 151 CPC impugning the order dated 09.02.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, District New Delhi, Patiala House Court in HMA No. 301/2018 titled as "SMT. B. CHANDRAKALA VS. SHRI AJMERA RAMULU" wherein preliminary issues were disposed of in favour of the respondent herein.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a MAT Appeal with respect to the impugned order is required to be filed. Thus, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings as per law.
