This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking extension of the parole granted to him vide order dated 29.07.2020. 5.

In view of the aforesaid fair stand taken by learned counsel for the respondent, no further orders are called for in the application. It is however, clarified that the parole of the petitioner would, in the light of the order passed by the Full Bench on 24.08.2020, stand extended till 31.10.2020. The petitioner will however, remain bound by the terms and conditions of the order passed by this Court on 29.07.2020. 7.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
