The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 Civil Procedure Code, 1908 ("CPC") has been filed impugning the order dated 11.03.2024 passed by the learned ACJ-cum-CCJcum-ARC (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi ("Trial Court"), in CS No.841/2022 titled as "Nirmala Devi vs. Suraj", whereby the application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 moved by respondent herein was allowed. The petitioners herein are the defendants before the learned Trial Court. 4.
After making some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
