In the written statement filed on behalf of the defendants no.1, 2 and 3, it has been specially averred that the defendants have only been dealing in original/genuine pipes and pipe fittings. It has been further stated that the defendants are ready to fully co-operate with authorities in respect of the FIR No.108 dated 18th May, 2023, registered at PS Pillu Khera (Punjab) against the defendant no.1.

Counsel for the defendants submits that the defendants shall not deal with any counterfeit/infringing products of the plaintiff. The aforesaid statement is taken record and the defendants shall be bound by the same. 3.

Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the suit may be decreed in terms of the aforesaid statements.
