The petitioner is seeking production of her son, Kartik from the custody of Jyoti, Surender Singh and Roop Singh Chauhan.

Learned Standing Counsel, for Govt. of NCT of Delhi submits that police have recovered Kartik from the custody of Jyoti and the custody of Kartik has been handed over to the petitioner. 6.
Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the receipt of the custody of Kartik from the police.

The petition is disposed of as satisfied.
