The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 61/2026 of Police Station Mansarovar Park for offence under Section 318(4)/329(3)/ 336(3)/3(5) BNS.

The significant aspects are that the original documents, which are alleged to be forged by the accused/applicant, are not being produced before the IO because according to the accused/applicant, he had handed over the same to his erstwhile counsel for filing the civil suit but that counsel has not returned those documents. Admittedly, no exemption from original documents was filed in the suit.
