The present appeal under Section 12 of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOC Act) read with Sections 397/401/482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: - "a) Call for the ease record in Sessions Case 90/2022 titled 'State vs Ashish @Deva' and set aside the order on charge and framing of charges vide order dated 22/2/24 passed by Sh Babru Bhan Ld. Additional Session Judge, North West, Rohini courts Delhi in FIR no. 358/2020 u/s 3(l)(i)/3(2)/3(4) of the MCOC Act and thereby discharge the appellant of the charges framed against the appellant. b) Pass any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
