1. The Registry should not permit dates in the list of dates and in narrative part in the main petition to be corrected by hand. It should insist that all such dates should properly typed. In this petition, there are corrections of dates by hand not only in the synopsis and the list of dates but even in para 1 and other paras of the main petition. There are numerous typographical errors as well. The Court is unable to make any proper sense of the petition in the way it is drafted.
2. Without expressing any view whatsoever, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file a proper petition without the typographical
errors and corrections in the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as above.
