This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking appropriate directions to WRC to process the application of the petitioner institution in its next meeting and to decide the same for issuance of formal recognition order.

The case of the petitioner is that petitioner has submitted an application for grant of recognition of D.EI.Ed for two years duration for the academic session 2012-13.

It is the case of the petitioner that in the meantime, it has submitted all necessary documents to NCTE and requested for constitution of visiting team to inspect the petitioner college. On 01.03.2019, NRC reconsidered the application of the petitioner and decided to issue a show cause notice to

which a reply has been submitted by the petitioner. The matter is said to be now pending before the WRC.

Let the respondent take a decision on the application of the petitioner preferably within eight weeks from today as per law. 5.

Nothing further survives in the writ petition and the same is dismissed.
