Mr. Aggarwala, ld. Sr. Standing Counsel for respondentCentral Bureau of Narcotics submits that any of the orders passed in the said writ petition is not applicable to the applicant. Whether the applicant is protected by any order passed by the Full Bench or not, the fact remains the applicant seeks withdrawal of the application and that cannot be denied. Dismissed as withdrawn.
