Mr. Tewari, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that in view of the recent Guidelines dated 29.8.2020, issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, UOI, Unlockdown-4 has been implemented and all embargo on intra-State and inter-State travel has been lifted. Therefore, he does not wish to press present petition wherein, a limited relief was sought for issuing directions to the respondents not to restrain persons, who wish to undergo an RT-PCR test for COVID-19 infection for inter-State travel. In view of the submission made hereinabove, the present petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to learned counsel for the petitioners to assist the Court in the connected writ petition i.e., W.P.(C) 3031/2020.
