The application has been signed by the parties and their respective counsel and it is also supported by the affidavit of Dr. (Smt.) Ruchi Srivastava, the plaintiff; Sh. Sanjiv Anand, attorney of defendants No.1 & 2; and Sh. Atul Mani Chopra, the Karta of defendant No.3/ M/s K.C. Chopra & Sons. The defendants are also present and are identified by the respective counsel.

The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. The suit is, accordingly, decreed in terms of the settlement. The parties shall remain bound by the same.
