% 15.07.2020 The applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted by order dated 01.06.2020 made by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. Mr. Anurag Jain, learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 10.07.2020, learned Sessions Court has declined extension of interim bail granted vidé order dated 01.06.2020. However, counsel submits that in view of the subsequent order dated 13.07.2020 made by Full Bench of this court in W.P.(C) No. 3037/2020 titled Court on its own motion vs. State & Ors., it has now been clarified that interim bail orders, such as the one granted to the applicant, shall stand extended till 31.08.2020. In view of the Full Bench order, Mr. Jain wishes to withdraw the present application.

The application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Other pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. ANUP JAIRAM BHAMBHANI, J.
