% 05.09.2024 CRL.M.A. 26841/2024 (under Section 490 read with Section 528 BNSS on behalf of the petitioner for Modification of Order dated 13.08.2024) 1.

An application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of the Order dated 13.08.2024 vide which the applicant has been allowed a furlough of three weeks on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- and one surety of like amount. A prayer is made that instead of the surety, petitioner may be permitted to deposit the cash surety of Rs.10,000/-.

Learned APP for State has no objection to the same. 3.

In view of the same, the Order dated 13.08.2024 is modified to the extent that the cash surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- be deposited. the petitioner shall report to the local SHO twice a week i.e. on Monday and Thursday of every week at 04:00 P.M.
