% 18.03.2019 CM APPLN. 12449/2019 Vide the present application, the applicant / respondent Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. seeks direction thereby to dismiss the present writ petition as it has become infructuous.

The present application is filed pursuant to letter dated 27.03.2018 from the petitioner company whereby it is stated that the petitioner is not interested in the said appointment / agency as the petitioner has already attached as DCA cum CS of ONGC Petro-Additions Ltd. for the said regions in its firm.

Accordingly, in view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
