After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present application for regular bail. However, he states that the wife of the petitioner is pregnant, and the petitioner therefore intends to move an application for interim bail. 2.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file an application for interim bail on the ground stated, which will be decided on its own merits. 3.
