By this application the petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that the Board examination for the 10th standard in which the daughter of the petitioner has to appear are starting from 6th February, 2018 to 27th February, 2018 and the centre for examination of the petitioner's daughter is at a distance of 11 kms from the residence, thus the petitioner's presence is required to take the daughter for the Board examination. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the wife of the petitioner is not in a position to take the daughter for exams because she has to look after the two other minor children as well. 3.

On a notice being issued a reply to the petition has been handed over, which is taken on record. As per the reply, the present petition has been filed by the parokar of the petitioner who is the father of the petitioner. It is also stated that the father of the petitioner who is thus the grand-father of the BAIL APPLN. 242/2018

girl, who has to appear in the examination is frequent in appearing before the Court on the dates fixed before the learned Trial Court and thus he is competent to take care of the requirement of taking the girl child for the Board examination.

Considering the verification report and that besides the wife of the petitioner the father of the petitioner is also there in the family to look after the affairs, this Court finds no ground to grant interim bail to the petitioner. 5.

Petition is dismissed.
