This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR 25/2023 registered at PS: Keshav Puram under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC.

Counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner is the mama (maternal uncle) of the complainant and he mentioned in a very stray manner in the FIR, with no real offence being attributed to him. 3.
A perusal of the FIR would show that there is indeed a reference to the petitioner; though the counsel for petitioner states that there are no allegations made which would demonstrate that he was involved in the said acts of harassment of the complainant.

Be that as it may, the mater is listed for arguments on charge on 09th July, 2024.
